About BBA Programs

Bachelor of Business Administration Program

The BBA Program is designed to provide a broad general education on the core business knowledge as well as the skills to prepare students for entry-level positions in private, public and non-profit organizations. And also stimulate the Program aims to students a desire for lifelong learning. The faculty uses the most effective educational methods and latest technology to meet these requirements.

The BBA Program is a four-year program (8 semesters). It is necessary to gather minimum 240 credits within 4 years. The admission of students under the BBA program is realized according to the existing rule of the Azerbaijan Republic. The students enter the Program after completion of high school. For the training of bachelors’ education fee must be paid.

BUSINESS ECONOMICS

The Business Economics combines the study of economics with a wide variety of business and finance-related topics, helping you to gain an awareness of the business and financial environment as well as current business issues. You will develop an understanding of modern economic ideas, and their relevance to business and financial decision-making.

Business economics entails the understanding of the global economy and its connection to organizations, individuals and society. The wide selection of career options related to business economics requires a deep understanding of mathematics, finance and business communication. Whether you'd like to begin a career in banking or earn a graduate degree and pursue a career as an economist. Graduates possess a substantial knowledge base and skill set that is valuable in almost any business or finance setting. A business and economics degree is valuable in banking and finance, investment firms, business management and international development projects. Graduates are also prepared for positions in government and nonprofit organizations that require economic analysis and financial management skills.

 

COMPUTER INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Our Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems focuses on the technical knowledge and best practices required in the fast-changing era of big data, cloud computing and the internet of things. The Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems emphasizes the use of computers as sophisticated problem-solving tools. Students in this program pursue an interdisciplinary course of study that combines a solid foundation in computer science with a focus in another discipline. This program is designed for students who seek to blend their computer science abilities with skills specific to another domain to solve problems in that domain. Examples include computing with a business focus (e.g., management information systems) and computing with a natural science focus (e.g., computational physics).

This program combines technical courses in computer science with business classes that discuss how to integrate information resources across different organizations. Business elements in areas like finance, economics, operations and marketing are also examined in order to learn about designing and deploying appropriate systems to improve upon a business' overall operational efficiency. The degree program enables students to obtain skills for a large variety of entry-level CIS jobs, although additional graduate work or actual work experience may be required for further advancement to a management level.

 

MANAGERIAL SCIENCE

A BBA in Management Science will give a student tools, such as optimal decision planning, which will help them to manage a business with great success. Students will learn to use mathematical modeling, statistics and numerical algorithms to map out these optimal decisions for businesses. This means that students can become adept at learning what is best for a business to do, and what may not be advisable. Students may become quite familiar with finding both the maxima and the minima that are related to running a successful business. Management science is a branch of business management that uses mathematics and statistical models to aid in decision-making. Using these tools allows you to demonstrate the possible choices in any business decision.

By obtaining a BBA in Management Studies, students will prepare themselves for the harsh realities of the business world. However, they may also find more career opportunities and higher salaries available.

With a BBA in Management Studies, there are many different business career opportunities. A student may become a product manager, purchase manager, supply chain manager, business journalist, politician or continue on to higher education. Many students with this type of degree end up in managerial positions. With this degree, it is even possible to start your own business. When you have the knowledge of how to optimally run a company, you can do almost anything in the world of business

 

SYSTEMS ENGINEERING

Students in system engineering bachelor's degree programs use engineering principles to assess a given industry and create models that improve functionality. Students engage in research that allows them to develop innovative methods of tackling problems and improving operations.  systems engineering studies methods used in the optimization of complex engineering systems in order to improve the efficiency of engineering processes and the quality of resulting products. Industrial engineers make use of work force, technologies, materials and financial resources to make sure production processes reach their set targets. They use their technical skills to understand how various engineering structures work and how to apply business knowledge to increase productivity. Bachelors in system engineering aim to provide a blend of technical understanding, with lectures in mathematics and physics, as well as in-depth knowledge of management principles.
